No you can dilation can take forever !! And plus after 35 weeks as long as your baby is weighing above 4 pounds and lungs are good they will let you have your baby because they are out of the danger zone then if they have no health issues . So I wouldn't worry !! Of course you want baby girl to stay in long as possible but if she's healthy having her early wont do any harm at this point just a few days in the nicu that's all. @tiabb424,

She didn't seem too worried but told me that if my water breaks or I start to see the "bloody show" then to go straight to the hospital. @mommy.to.sterling
