My baby is formula fed and when she is constipated I rub her belly give her 1 oz of water and it seems to help doctor told me I can try a tea spoon of prune juice mixed with her formula
Try a ounce of prune juice and ounce of water and move the baby legs like they are riding a bike 🚴 it should help every time I did that 20 mins later poop 💩

No I have milk producing issues so I have to feed him with formula
