They won't do it until they have they're 2months shots so, and it depends on how big your babies ears are. My daughters ears were almost to small to do it when we didn't@nataliesmom, but I HIGHLY recommend getting it done sooner than later cause if you do it when they are older they are gonna realize it's there and gonna start pulling on them and it'll come out

Yea mine goes next month on the 18th to get her 2month check up and I'm wanting them early that way she ain't messing with it

Some pediatrician offices will pierce them, you can always ask at her appointment:) mine does but we decided to take it to Claire's @nataliesmom,
