So frustrated... I've told one of my bridesmaids 3 times in the last month (along with a few other reminders since September) that she has to put the deposit down on her bridesmaid dress by the end of January and she keeps ignoring my messages... if she doesn't put her deposit down, none of the bridesmaids dresses get ordered until she does.. I want them to come in by July (wedding is in October) because 3 of the girls will for sure need alterations and that gives us plenty of time to get it done.. ugh any suggestions on what i should do?

find a way to separate her portion so it doesnt affect the others. u may have to pull her order and let her do it on her own...if she can't do it then she doesn't need to be in the wedding. its your day u don't need any extra problems over a dress ur not wearing. just my opinion and what I wouldve done

@newlywedmama21, the company we're getting the dresses at won't order any of the dresses until everyone has the deposit down. I talked to them about it.. do you think I should cut her out if she doesn't do it by the end of January?

especially if everyone else does what they've been told. ...but she still has time. at 2 weeks to the deadline id ask again and if still nothing, she'd have to order on her own or not be involved

absolutely. cut her out if she doesn't pay. u can't have her holding up the others...it.could go really bad from there

Just drop her lol you don't need ppl like that.. I actually cut one off on when I got married... too much for me to handle so I just cut her off it was the same issue as you with the dress.
