what's really good for diaper rashes. my son has never had one... well little ones but I caught it just in time and put destine on it and it went away .... his is so bad ... he's had the poopies ... which caused his diaper rash ... it's just so bad he don't even let me put the ointment on it... I feel so bad I could cry ... do you guys know any other products remedies I could use to help him out. your help is much appreciated thank you.

my son was getting rashes badly and I stopped using wipes for a bit, just until it cleared up. I used baby powder for a while because the creams just made the sores on his bottom peel back and bleed.

okay I'll try powder . yeah cream seems to be making it worse.
Vaseline do I use a lot ?
