yea i have an app but they hurt so bad when its over i be forgetting to stop the timer.. they last about a good minute to 1 1/2 min each.. pain level about 8 @rmreed
as much as it hurts im glad to be in pain.. im ready to be done.. i just lost more of my mucus plug soo the contractions are doing something.. im bout to get my laundry done just in case lol @rmreed

They have really nice apps that can calculate contractions for you! Make sure you're also noting how long they're lasting! Yaay, good luck! 😊
