My daughter is pulling at both her ears, could this be a sign of ear infection?

My baby always pulls his ears but he doesn't have a ear infection. That's what he does it's from teething!!!

Well I've given her Tylenol for the last 2 days so that might be why she doesn't have a fever! But she has a appointment at 2. I hope it's just teething @mdomke22,

I would take her in just to be sure I didn't know babies could have ear infections without a fever... but I learned that last winter with my daughter.

It's been about 2 days!! She doesn't cry when I lay her down but she also sleeps on her tummy never back. But she seems more tired and I guess a little more fussy. @babyjjsmommy, @mdomke22,

Def possible. does she seem to cry more when you lay her down and tugs at them? Def a sign of ear infection then

Possibly. How long has she been tugging at her ears?
