Okay, totally not trying to butt in, but i see you're using a shield. Have you had him checked for an upper lip tie? His lip is turned in and that's what my son was doing and it almost ruined our breastfeeding relationship! @randaroo, just a thought :)
@chelseaepley yeah, he was checked at the NICU, pediatricians office, and wic office. everyone says it looks fine. he has only latched a handful of times. He hasn't latched in a few days though, but I'm still offering it and holding onto hope that he will 😔

no, he was born at 37 weeks. I have flat nipples, so he just won't latch. I think he's too used to the bottle
