When the heck are these stitches supposed to come out? I thought they were supposed to dissolve by the 2 week mark.

I still had stitches at my 6 week check up. They take a while to dissolve

My stitches weren't completely dissolved at my 6 weeks postpartum appointment. I feel like they were completely gone until around 8-9 weeks.
