I don't like getting personal about my relationship on here but I'm really upset with myself. I went to the nail salon to get my nails done and left both girls home with their dad. I insisted on at least bringing one with me since he hasn't been alone with the both of them and my infant is very fussy and requires a lot of attention. He told me no go ahead he's got this. Well the whole time I was gone I kept texting him bothering him checking on the girls and kept telling him what to do. I guess I offended his father hood cause he got so mad and told me " I got this im their father i know how to care for them just like you do". Now he's ignoring me and all in his feelings and I feel horrible. My intentions weren't to make him feel like he can't take care of them it's just I'm a over protective mom

Aww you're just concerned that's why.i feel the same way and always reiterate to my bf what she needs.Men just get upset and also don't want to feel like they don't know what they're doing but hey sometimes they dont.dads always do stuff like that.I also don't mean to make my bf feel that way but I can't help but make sure everyone goes okay especially with an infant,our daughter is

I do the same thing with my husband, just cos I know he does things differently than I do & my almost 8m old is so attached to me. It's not that I don't think he's a good father, he's just not as attentive as I am when he's alone with him & it worries me when I'm not there 😕

@amaperalta03, it's just a natural motherly instinct to do what you do. I feel like we know our babies best. I've learned to just rock back and let him do his thing with his son. At the end of the day he's the father and the infant/child/Ren are theirs also and they won't let anything terrible happen to them. Yes they would leave the diaper on longer than we do, or feed them junk, or let them watch more tv than we do. But they would also protect them and keep them safe. So in future do like me and let it be.
