Since I'm lacking on a some posts; I went to the doctors yesterday - my last ultrasound! I'm 31 weeks 5 days. My son used to have two cysts in his brain but they had vanished and he still has a small spot on his heart. After seeing a specialist and getting a detailed sonogram he came out healthy as a horse (: I've been told the white spot was common and about 5% are shown in unborn babies. Anyone else have that?

My son had a spot on his heart that they found during an ultrasound. He came out healthy with no problems with his heart at all

@kandyrhym, the sonographer told me that they actually don't have any reason behind what the white spot really is. Only thing was they either have one or they don't. My son is really healthy and I haven't had ANY complications at all. Just thought it was weird!

@littleone23 they first thought it was a hole on my son. Then I got sent for a 3d ultrasound and he was fine.
