Have any mom's gave birth naturally, like a water birth or just no medicine? I really want to do a water birth. At the same time I'm not really good with pain and my Braxton hicks contractions already hurt so I know the real thing I will probably have me sobbing. I mostly want to see if FTM's have done it naturally. And what you did lessen the pain? I walk 30 minutes every day but I'm gonna need a lot of ways. What's still keeping me up beat about it is that I keep telling myself the pain will go away, women were made to do this and did it for years before modern technology and there's no way I can stay still as a long needle goes in my back 😅

I just gave birth, I got an epidural when I was 3cm. I couldn't even think about doing it natural... about sn hour before I had to push the epidural was slowed down so I could at least feel pressure. I'll tell you what I'll never!! ever!! forget the way it felt when her head went through my hips and the feeling of my hips separating. it was the weirdest, scariest feeling I've ever felt. that's when I was thankful I wasn't in pain. lol I'm a big ol baby... I give all women props who can do it natural.
