TMI I been constipated since yesterday morning and can not go poop at all I have the urge to go but it hurts really bad like something sharp is on my poop when I push lmao told you It was tmi.. i just drank prune juice with 3 exlax pills hope it helps, I feel so bloated and this had never happen to me

take a stool softener and be very careful and gentle I've got and anal fissure which is basically a wound down south it sucks

drink lots of water eat lots of fiber and take stool softeners and hope it goes away in a couple of weeks if not go to the doctor and get it looked at it might need corrective surgery if it gets that bad
