okay this is my 4th pregnancy and I fail down the stairs the other day and now I am hurting in my lower left abdomen I have been spotting off and on I have a Dr appointment Monday but it hurts to breathe or move or even when little man kicks so should I go to the ER or just wait until Monday

if your bleeding definitely go in I've fallen twice this pregnancy once down the stairs and once on a curb hit my stomach both times but never bled your placenta could have detached so go to the er
