As a project to go towards my diploma I've been asked to create a leaflet by my assessor helping people who have never done care before to understand more about Dementia (which is what I'm focusing on in my units)
She then went on to tell me that the manager in charge of everyone's training at the company I work for has actually asked for leaflets to be created for her to use in the inductions and that I have a chance of my leaflet being used in the whole training process 😌
Just cannot wait to get everything done and out of the way so I can work less hours but in a much better paid job really doing what I want to do. Looking forward to the rest of our lives and the future ❤️

I'm doing Level 2, done my ERR and the legislation project, exempt from Maths & English and completed the B-Tec. Ive already completed 61% through observations and stuff. Im going straight on to Level 3 in July when Level 2 is completed. My assessor thinks I'll pass with flying colours, which I bloody well hope so! @ma2angels I love doing stuff like this and it's just come at a time when the training process is changing, I've got so many ideas for it x

I either want to work on social services dealing with adult care or focus on dementia (dementia and intensive support) ... I'd love to go right on to work with the CQC but I know that's a long journey ahead. I'm so passionate about what I do and I just want to make sure everyone is being cared for the way they should! xx @ma2angels
