If she wasn't worried you shouldn't be. My son measured behind when I was 36 weeks which caused me to start doing NSTs but he was born perfectly healthy, he was just a small baby!

Yes it can be! There are times that it is not, but if it was a huge concern or alert she would have definitely said something and sent you for some testing or something. I was about to be 37 weeks and he was measuring barely 34... but came out 6lbs 4oz. It's called IUGR. I drove myself insane over it, so please don't do that!
