So Michael and Gail took baby Grayson to Fallriver for that hearing test he is supposed to have, and they said he doesn't have an appointment today because we cancelled that appointment to go to Boston children's hospital. And no we did not cancel the appointment that was supposed to be today because they told us about the Fallriver one so we wouldn't have to go to Boston. Wow. Not surprised that they messed up something else. So ridiculous. Nothing ever goes right.
