Can someone please help me. I have extreme hair loss. And I always take biotin. It helps my fingernails so so much. But my hair is coming out so much. Real bad.

I would recommend rubbing castor oil on your scalp before you wash it!! It can help restore hair as well as help it to thicken up!!

Besides the biotin id still take prenatal vitamins and drink tons of water
