So I've been cramping today, kinda sharp and quick pains. They haven't been constant and it's not bad enough to take medicine, it's just annoying.

I also just wiped off a lot of mucus down there, like it was when I lost my mucus plug. What could it be?

I have mirena, if that might have anything to do with it.
