@princessqueen, if they become super regular, like more than 4 in an hour, I would call your doc! I have been having real contractions 2-5 min apart since 22 weeks and was put on bed rest then. Also, if they intensify I would call your doc. Like the other ladies said, it is likely BH, but always better to be safe than sorry! Good luck
