hi everyone. I've just found out that I'm about 4weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. I'm currently on maternity leave and meant to return to work in may. not show what the best thing to do now. I have a 4yr old and 6 month old. I can't get my head around the smp entitlement and of I have to go by to work and etc. any help would b great. I work full time as a assistant manager in retail

where we work we have to return and do at least 12 weeks before wer entitled to any more maternity but i dont no what yours will be it could be totally different x

thank u. I've messaged my payroll department but they useless at giving helpful information I think I'll b better off going to the benifit system and asking them. I can't believe that it's happened again so quick we have been so careful x

I'd maybe consider returning early doing the basic level of weeks in order to get smp
