So my son failed his NST had to get an ultrasound done... Now he's breech... Any mamas turned their babies them selves or know any tricks to use to get baby in position without doctor intervention?? My doctor doesn't get concerned unless you are 36 weeks. I'm 35 weeks and 1 day.

I learned in our Lamaze class that doing the hands and knees position frequently helps them turn naturally.

Thank you! I have been you tubing some yoga positions that encourages the baby to turn. Hoping they work because I really do not want my doctor to intervene or have to get a cesarean .

At my 37 week appt I was told my baby was head down, just by the doctor feeling. Then the day before my 38 week appt I went to the hospital because she wasn't really moving and she's very active. They did an ultrasound and told me she was breech. Then I had a dr appt the next day which was this past Monday and we scheduled a verison where they turn her from the outside. They hooked me up to the monitors and IV and all and they did another ultrasound to find out exactly where she is and how they will have to turn her and she was head down all on her own!! Good luck momma!

He usually flips every day I'm just scared he's gonna flip at the last minute and won't have room to turn in position on his own.
