So I don't know if restless leg syndrome is a thing during your first trimester but
I am entirely restless at night and can't sleep for the life of me but last night I woke up to one of my legs feeling like it was being poked with a million needles and it aches so badly. It quit hurting as soon as I started walking around but when I laid back down it started aching again. I haven't done anything physically strenuous to cause it. Help ):

I have that too. I sleep with a pillow between my legs. It doesn't stop the pain completely but it does minimize it.

@momtobetobabyc that's what I did and it definitely helped relieve some of the pain.

It feels so weird. I wake up and I'm like omg. I have to stretch and shake my leg but that doesn't even do much either.

I just feel like it's too early for me to be having this. I hope this is just a one night thing but knowing me that isn't my luck.
