I'm just so thrown off. it's almost a week now and nylahs dad hasn't called to talk to her.... ask…

Yeah Marlie's dad can go 2-3 weeks without asking...if she's with my parents I can't go more than an hour without checking on her

Ive known my bd since we were 2 years old, and he left the state when my daughter was 2 and hasn't been back since smh.. and he rarely ever calls.. but thank God for God and a husband and uncles because smh it was tough but I promise you'll get thru it☺🙌

thank you so much @mamiiscorp it helps to hear those encouraging words. I mean when she does see him she gets so excited. she clearly loves him to death. you'd think that would be enough motivation for him.... but hey I guess the saying is true if you don't love yourself (which he doesn't) you don't have room to love others... even your own child... I'm so thankful to have my dad in her life like he is. he is a great Father figure for her and her uncle (god father). but it's still not her dad at the end of the day...but thank you. just taking it one day at a time.
