That's what I thought it was too, but now idk if the dr is right because I just checked with his diaper change and it's not red anymore and the white creamy stuff hasn't increased, doesn't smell or anything. So I'd ask because it could just be build up cause I'd think yeast infection would look like how @jozell01 described it as the cottage cheese type stuff and not creamy

My son gets that under his neck, I thought it was just goo build up. Maybe I'll have him checked out
