Warm wash cloth or hot shower steam up the bathroom and if the baby is in the bathroom steam can help sinuses @britt16, or if they have some baby Vicks vapor rub

Yes! The regular is medicated and the baby one is not. The regular Vicks is linked to swollen airways in children.

I don't think so. I would google it. I don't see the difference between baby and regular vicks they do the same thing. @britt16,

I googled it I wouldn't suggest it. I guess it is a little stronger than baby Vicks

Try warm wash cloth and see if that clears sinuses @britt16,
