Any mommas here get pregnant while exclusively breastfeeding? If so what were your symptoms?

Yes...and on the mini pill. My husband actually figured it out! But I did notice my baby seemed hungrier, like she wasn't getting enough from nursing.

@mamachelsea, omggggg 😫 is hoping I'm not since my daughter is 4 months old but I've been having mild cramping and my daughter does seem hungrier and I've been going pee more often my period was suppose to come today but hadn't yet idk. Fingers crossed! If not well than I'll have to accept that because children are a blessing

I had one irregular period then nothing but my baby was only 9 months old, so I didn't think anything of it. Good luck!!

@mamachelsea, I've had like 2 periods so far so I would mark it down on the Ovia app and today I was suppose to get it well technically yesterday but nothing yet so I been waiting to see if it might be a few days late idk but thanks !! 🙏

Mine were always weird the first few times, so I wouldn't worry too much unless you start getting more typical symptoms. Or just take a test know for sure! 😊

I've been trying since 4 months pp since I started my period . No luck yet. I get jealous of the people that get pregnant so easily . Breastfeeding is important to me though so I wouldn't ever stop breastfeeding just so I could get pregnant . If it happens then it happens . But I really do think it's preventing me from getting preggo

@mamahood, yeah I've heard breastfeeding is a form of birth control but I'm not so sure because some say it's also a myth

If you are breastfeeding you can get pregnant and not have ever had a pd. But you can definitely be prego since you had a period that means no longer is the breastfeeding work for birth control

Breastfeeding is a form of birth control, just not 100% effective. Your body might need a little more time to bounce back but everyone is different.

I would say they is a high chance you are prego than. Just get one of those cheap test and check.

Idk how effective the gel is but I would definitely take a test. You really don't want to be taking the morning after pill if you are actually pregnant.

Be 5 this month but I don't know how many times I've stressed it to my fiancé and he doesn't care it's like he wants me to get pregnant but I don't want to. I said 3-5 years lol
