Mine was close to an actually period, but only for one day- the rest was pretty light, and everything cleaned out fine- but they did a follow up ultrasound to make sure

I'm not sure if that's true but during my miscarriage I didn't bleed real heavy & I never passed a huge clot like other ppl talked about. When I went back to the doctor it was all out.
