Decided I'm too stressed. My plans to visit

My sister and mom in Ohio has evolved into my flying there first class. It's only like $200 more than coach. My back hurts, I'm 6 ft tall, I have to pee every five minutes. I deserve to fly 5 1/2 hours in comfort, don't I? So before I make the purchase.. which first class is better.... American Airlines or delta? Each is 510-550 first class from LAX to CLE
