Ladies! How much weight u supposed to gained thru preganacy? My doctor says only 25-30.

25-35lb is what my doctor told me

my Dr told me to only gain 30 even tho I'm having twins

ive gained about 45 50 pounds and my dr hasnt said nothen to me at all

I gained 59lbs

I've gained 27 so far at 36 weeks

I'm 31 about to be 32 on wenesday and my last check up was two weeks ago and overall I gained 15lbs. I'm just concern of how much I supposed to gained.
