Lol my husband just called me from work asking if the Chinese food I packed him for work was from a box. I told him no I made it from scratch and his response was "wow really, you should make this more often. Is there any more left I want some more when I get home." Then he preceeded to ask if I was lying because how did I get the chicken into squares and make it like you buy it from the restaurant. Oh my husband is so funny. I'm glad he enjoyed it and it will for sure be a dish I make more often.
