I have a really stubborn clogged milk duct :( I tried massaging it under the hot shower., pumping and putting baby on and it won't budge . I'm desperate !! Any other advice ??

I'm going through this as well. I think I've developed mastitis. 😢

Update it was just a bleb , and I gently popped it with a sterile needle and out came all my milk.

@growingmisscharley, I'm sorry you're going through that :( I only had mine for a day and it was hell. Do u see a white or yellow blister ?

Take a bowl that your boob will fit perfectly in (or a cup or Tupperware) and make the water AS HOT as your boobs can handle it (my boobs could handle water hotter than my hands could handle) and soak your boob for 15 minutes in that hot water bowl, then massage and repeat. Then pump at a high setting
Worked for me every time!

ugh this stupid update didn't tell me I had a notification from you lol. but I don't have any blisters just a lump next to my nipple. I don't have mastitis thank God, but the lump still hasn't gone away.
