Anybody with complete placenta previa did you have any cramps or pains through your pregnancy and was the baby always low like did you ever feel it high up or always low??

I have had pains my entire pregnancy. My previa has recently moved a cm away from the cervix but i still have terrible stabbing pains at times. In the beginning it was all lower abdominal pain. It still is but sometimes its like horizontal to my belly button. always on my left side. @naominelson
