So me an my mom was talking on the phone in it got heated ! And the land lord came knocking on my door telling me to keep it down ! And when she left I was loud again because how can you tell me to keep my voice down inside my house?? So I was being loud again in she said that she asked me to keep it down and I told her I'm inside the privacy of my house she said yeah but I have neighbors and I said people be shooting and stabbing people but I don't complain and she said that I have a violation now ? Can they give me a volition for having a private conversation inside my house ?

Depends honestly usually have to look up the laws, but technically it's her house and property so she can ask you keep it down, but idk if she can legally give you a violation.
