i have had 2 son's..the contractions are the worst period cramps u cam imagine but...them coming out doesn't hurt because..your fully dialted..relax....

@xalyssasays i gave birth each time in 2 hr contractions and just 20 min labor...went to hospital both times at 4cm..u just know when your body is ready you will it...Take deep breaths..just remember your baby will be in your arms instantly and you get to smell them.You will never forget how they stare into your eyes so deep they know your voice trust me.. wish you a safe delivery

i have contractions for 1 week and a day already.in the morning my stomach gets rock hard and when i get to work all last 1 hr and the moment i come..tommorrow i have a cervix check finally i will be 39 weeks day 1

Yes my stomach gets rock hard all the time! And I get like a cramping feeling in my lower stomach that I assume is contractions. But I will be the exact same, 39 weeks and 1 day tmrrw @sherrynygirl,
