Look at what I finally got back the other day! (My mom encapsulates placentas and finally got mine to me after 3 weeks) She didn't give me direction though. If anyone has taken these or is educated with placenta encapsulation how many should I take a day? I've basically just been taking one with every meal.

yeah I googled it @nowmrspost and it said two at every meal then slowing down to one then twice a day then once a day. I think I will adjust accordingly and maybe just take two with breakfast and then one at lunch and dinner since I'm already a month pp haha

sounds like a plan....the lady doing mine is going to deliver my capsules to me 48 hrs after pick up. @firsstimemommyy mine costs $200

@firsstimemommyy it does cost money but my mom is a doula/midwife/wholistic medicine kinda lady so she did mine for free lol.
