Ugh, chest pains are no bueno 😐

Ever since I had Luca I've been having frequent chest pain. In the hospital my heart rate was 130 just sitting in my bed not even doing anything! I had a few tests done and it showed my heart was enlarged on the right side but as the days passed my heart rate finally settled so they let me go home. Ever since coming home and being off pain meds I have noticed my chest feels tight but I'm way too scared to go back. If something is wrong I don't know how I'd handle that or how my hubby would handle taking care of Luca while I get better. The stress just makes it worse so idk if it's just me stressing or if something really is wrong 😑 oh the struggle!
