So I've been ebf since my baby was born but tonight she had 3 oz of formula. Bad idea. She hadn't pooped in 4 days which I know is normal for bf babies but earlier she had the biggest blowout. I mean it was shooting out after I took her diaper off so I think it upset her tummy pretty bad. Safe to say I won't be feeding her anymore formula 😕
