so, I think I have anxiety? asthma?? paranoia?? 😣😣 this evening, walking home after a bus ride from work, I had this thumping feeling in my throat. I've always heard that to be anxiety :/ so I kept walking after a few breaths and it did it again. Now before bed, it happened again. any ideas!?? :( I do feel winded from sprucing up a few things before bed... but any suggestions or ideas would be great! ♡

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
