Ok so my 5 month old is no longer congested. She can kinda breathe just fine. But it sounds like she has phlegm/mucus in her throat. And it's making it difficult for her to nap/sleep. Especially when she has her pacifier in her mouth it doesn't let her breathe properly.
Any suggestions on how to get rid of the mucus? Thanks in advance!

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". Has anyone tried evening primrose oil to start soften they cervix ? My sister did it and she had her baby this morning at 39 weeks
Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol

steam fro. the shower....let her sit in there for 5 to 10 minutes everday....really helped my little guy
