unfortunately me and jj have New England weather to deal with...if you mostly take her out in the stroller try a footmuff it's like a sleeping bag that goes on the stroller and you still can buckle them in....like this one I got for jj it's a chicco brand for $35 from toysrus/babiesrus

@jjsmommyjj711 I'm sure our weather is nothing compared to yours 😭 we're barely at 45 ish but it's Texas, hardly ever gets cold here. lol how is my baby's birth twin? Lol
