so my ex owes me 321 a month so far he only pays 148 a month...is he really gonna get away with only paying that...that doesn't even cover daycare.

A child support attorney can help with that. Your family lawyer may have a good recommendation.

You would have to get a lawyer to help you file it.

If you take him to court they will force him to pay and may even garnish his wages.... they may also make him back pay.
