What exactly do contractions feel like? I can't tell if I have an upset stomach with bad stomach cramps that come and go or if they are contractions. I've heard the stomach gets hard during a contraction but my stomach is always super hard so I can't tell

Imagine menstrual cramps x10 but it comes and goes and literally your stomach tightens like you can't imagine and then releases and your relaxed again and it happens every so many minutes. If it happens say 5 min apart I suggest going to the hospital. I hope this helps!@babybugsmomma17

It will be a tight feeling.. like someone squeezing your stomach.. in sure you have experienced it since you're 36 weeks
