I kinda had to. I had no other option. After a couple days I was on my own doing things @kyriesmom1201,

I made my husband feel bad in the hospital because I was constantly trying to get out of bed on my own first instead of accepting help. I kept telling him if I need help I will ask for it but I need to try first because he still had to work while I was in there and I was alone for hours sometimes and couldn't call and wait on a nurse every hour to help me. what did you have no option but to lift that was heavy? @mommyof1boyy

Everything, my life didn't end because I had a c section. I still did my house work and the laundry and things around the house I put together my sons swing and pack and play. My husband was in the Army and I had my son during a busy time for him so he wasn't always home.

It was tough, but being active helped my healing process! 😊 I constantly walked and my nurses literally dragged me out of my bed once I got to my room to walk, I had to do at least 10 laps before leaving the hospital. It helped a lot. So I didn't go home and stop. @kyriesmom1201,

being active helped me too. I'm one week pp and I feel great. I had to take pain meds this second csection but I also had a tubal so I understand that. they said you had to walk a certain amount before leaving? @mommyof1boyy

Yeah, my nurse made me walk laps around the labor and delivery ward twice a day. It worked. I was out to dinner with friends the night we left the hospital. But the worst for me was getting in and out of bed and off the couch, that crap HURT!
