I started spotting with a light pink color. I'm only having mild abdominal cramping. I checked the baby's heartbeat & it is still there. I don't know what to think. I'm heading in to see the doctor.

Maybe a bursted blood vessel in your cervix..? It can happen if you over exert yourself or even with sex. I'm sure baby is fine since you found the heartbeat. I hope everything is ok!
