My baby has caught his first sickness. ☹️

I think it's just a cold so I'm trying to decide if I should take him to the doctor or not. I talked to the pharmacist that I work with and she said that a lot of times they will just tell you it's a virus if you take them on the first day.

He has a stuffy nose, a slight cough and a slight fever. Any suggestions on what I should do?
