what does the ergo look like

I used it when my daughter was a newborn, once she was a few weeks old I didn't like it as much because I didn't really feel like she was supported very well. and the wrap is kind of hard to figure out, kind of a pain when you are out and about with fabric everywhere trying to wrap it.
