At what age do babies become mouth breathers? My daughter will be 5months this Friday and she got sick yesterday. She's got a runny/congested nose 😕
Any suggestions on what I can do to help her get better faster?

My baby had a stuffy nose last week and she started to breath with her mouth a little. I did saline drops and sucked out her boogies with a nose aspirator. I had a water vaporizer some nights and baby vapor rub on her soles of her feet and tiny amount on her chest she cleared up within a couple days

nose aspirator and you can get saline spray n the baby section. what my pedestrian told me for my babies.

I would get a vaporizer and do saline drops. I highly recommend a nose freida. It is definitely the best nose aspirator.
