Any mamas here taken the classes and found them useful?🙄 it's imperative that I have a good birth because my sons is hell on earth...I'm scared for life and have PTSD so I need to get out of my head and past and prepare for a beautiful birth with Kaedynce aliah:(

And this is privately owned business of a la leche leader who does the classes at like a center. So I'm hoping it's not half assed🙈 I won't take hospital anything because they just push their wants and not what's best for mom!@babymay2016
Oh geez. There's a huge community here for it and it's very hands on here. I'm being kinda bullied into it because my MIL took it and she's a "super mom" so if I don't do it I'll never hear the end of it😝😝 at least I get a free Boobie hat@babymay2016
The class I took at my hospital was $150 for 4 classes and it was not helpful at all.... There was only one other couple in the class and they were gone for two of the sessions. It was such a mess. I wish I could have got my money back but it was nonrefundable.
Try YouTube haha! I can't remember really lol but it's supposed to help with an easier natural birth I think. It's been awhile since I read anything on it
I've heard raving reviews about empowering women, making the pain bearable, involving and educating the husband/partner, making the baby all around healthier with techniques and what not so I thought I'd try😌@shellbell0391 what does it say about them when you search it? I was under the impression it's very kinesthetic. Not much about talking just showing through doing things hands on

I never took any classes but my fourth child is in the NICU and they made me take a transition to home class.
