I really thought living with my Nan would be much easier than this but it's literally Depressing me and getting me down so much! I never signed up to clean her sick up at 11.30 at night then the next day her not remember! I'm sick of not being able to do any washing because she won't let me use the washing machine! I'm sick of her and everything that comes with having to live with her and dementia! I'm 22 I'm a first time mum, I want to enjoy my family and a house but I can't because I'm always on egg shells about my Nan or worrying about her! I hate this whole situation of not being able to afford to buy or rent and earning 'to much' and not being priority to go on council! I hate my OH for not being a man and stepping up and doing something about this I hate everything but my pudding 😩😞😢

I know how you feel about the money/housing situation. We didn't have enough to buy/private rent but we earned too much to be priority for council. Luckily my oh got a pay rise and we managed to get out and private rent. I hope you get sorted soon. X

It's so shit! I'm so grateful we have somewhere to live and she's let us move in and we will get a 3 bed house at the end of it but it's hard seeing a light at the end of the tunnel when the end seems so far away! If we could we would rent but rent over our area is about £1500 a month 😩

Yeah, we moved a few miles out of York where we were living to a smaller town and managed to get cheaper rent too that way. If we stayed in York we would be looking at around £800 a month for a small place in a crappy area whereas we got a bigger place in a nicer area for a lot cheaper. Don't know how places can charge £1500 a month 😩 it's extortionate!
